USAM Systems & DigiCAD Services:-
Focuses on providing CAD & Graphic Solutions. It is an Authorized Training
Center for Autodesk Inc, , USA. It offers various Engineering services in
2D/3D Drawing Conversion, Software development in CAD. It
operates 4 centers in Chennai- Mylapore, Teynampet, Anna Nagar and Chromepet.
CADD Soft Technology:-
another associate company has been setup at Coimbatore.
In the year 1993 USAM expanded its activities to Marketing Hardware under
different name and style - USA COMPUTER SYSTEM
Focused in marketing PC Work stations / Servers, Desktops, Printers and Storage
products. The name & style of the USA COMPUTER SYSTEM has been changed as
USAM Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd effective from 1st February
2003, and now operates 3 branches in Tamilnadu - one each in Coimbatore,
Tiruppur and Trichy.

for HP in Chennai. Our market share for “HP” CAD WORKSTATIONS, SERVERS,

PRINTERS, STORAGE DEVICES and HP CONSUMABLES increased manifolds in the last

This Accreditation helps us, to provide the right solutions to suit the
customers Needs for the Engineering and the Graphic Segment. USAM has sold &
installed over 800 + HP Large Format Printers and Many a time has won the
Top Performer Award) for DLT and DAT Drives.
HP AUTHORISED SERVICE PROVIDER:-
We are one of the Authorized Service Providers for HP.
HP has provided complete training to our Service Engineers to handle the customer
Calls and to do necessary service, inclusive of trouble shooting &
Parts replacement.
HP AMC PARTNER:-
Being an Authorized Service Provider, HP has appointed us to sign contracts on
Its behalf to handle post warranty maintenance (i.e. Annual
Maintenance). We have back-to-back arrangement with
HP to get the necessary spares to provide a quick Turn around Time to
meet the growing customer needs.
